配送ポリシー
日本国内配送について
ご注文後3~4日営業日以内（土日祝日を除く）に発送します。
*即日発送は行っておりません
*予約商品については商品ごとのお届け予定日をご参照ください。
（海外配送、リペア、アレンジはヤマトの決済をご利用いただけません。）
送料はご注文時、以下の通り申し受けますが、1会計税込11,000円以上のご注文は全国送料無料となります。
- 日本国内一律 ¥1100(税込）
- 1会計税込11,000円以上は送料無料
条件について
- 日本国内配送業者様はヤマト運輸様、佐川急便様、日本郵政様となります。
- 私書箱宛には配送できません。
- 天災・事故などによる交通渋滞、異常気象が原因で配達が遅れる場合がございます。
- 離島を含め一部の地域には、配送に5日程度お時間を頂く場合がございます。
- 年末年始、ゴールデンウィーク、お盆期間中の配送に関しては別途お知らせ致します。
- お届けまでにかかる日数は、ご注文完了日の翌営業日を1日目として計算いたします。
- 定休日（土日祝日）は発送業務を行っておりません
- 商品が発送され次第、「お問い合わせ伝票番号」を記載した発送確認メールをお送りいたします。
- 予約注文の商品をご注文の場合、商品が発送可能になった時点から配送期間を計算いたします。
・通常、ご注文の商品が発送されてからお届けまでに5～14日かかります。
・配送先の国や地域で発生する関税についてはお客様負担となります。
・配送中の破損・盗難・紛失に関しては弊社では一切の責任を負いかねます。
・配送会社の配達状況によって商品到着が遅延する場合がございます。

Domestic Shipping in Japan
Orders will be shipped within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after purchase.
- Same-day shipping is not available.
- For pre-order items, please refer to the estimated delivery date for each product.
- Shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery region.
- Details about shipping fees will be displayed after entering your address during checkout.

Shipping fees are charged as follows at the time of order. However, orders totaling ¥11,000 or more (tax included) per transaction qualify for free shipping nationwide.

Terms and Conditions
- Our domestic shipping partners are Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, and Japan Post.
- Delivery to P.O. boxes is not available.
- Delays may occur due to natural disasters, accidents, traffic congestion, or severe weather conditions.
- Deliveries to certain areas, including remote islands, may take approximately 5 days.
- Shipping schedules during the New Year holidays, Golden Week, and Obon period will be announced separately.
- The estimated delivery period begins on the next business day after your order is confirmed.
- Shipping operations are not conducted on our regular holiday (Wednesday).
- Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- For pre-order items, the delivery period calculation begins when the item becomes available for shipment.

・Orders will be shipped by EMS within 3-5 business days.
・Usually, it will take 5 to 14 days from the time your order is shipped until it is delivered.
-Customers are responsible for any customs duties incurred in the destination country or region.
・We are not responsible for any damage, theft or loss during delivery.
・Depending on the delivery situation of the delivery company, the arrival of the product may be delayed.
・If delivery is difficult after ordering due to COVID-19, order cancellation may be unavoidable. Please note.
